Pocket diaries, unless otherwise noted, 1939-2006 (with gaps), belonging to Kyffin Williams. They comprise brief, often occasional, entries recording visits; meetings with individuals, groups, and galleries; notes regarding exhibitions; and domestic and personal matters. Several diaries also contain reminders of engagements and appointments for the previous and following years. In addition, they include various notes, mostly relating to art, some of which appear to have been composed in preparation for talks by Kyffin Williams; together with poems, limericks, sketches and doodles by him.

Journals, 1990-2001, compiled by Kyffin Williams, containing detailed accounts of his daily activities and thoughts. They include entries relating to his experiences and work as an artist and locations he has visited to draw; meetings with individuals, groups and galleries; arrangements for exhibitions; and various domestic and personal matters.
