Two hundred and twenty-nine autograph letters and postcards, and a few Christmas cards, 1873-1903, addressed principally to George Eyre Evans, the material being primarily of Unitarian interest.
Included among the correspondents are Sir Edward Anwyl; Walter de Gray Birch; John Humphreys Davies, Cwrtmawr; David Lewis Evans, Llanybydder; Walter Jenkin Evans, Carmarthen; Rees Jenkin Jones, Aberdare; William Rathbone; and Thomas Francis Roberts. Also included are a copy of a testimonial, 1873, to George Eyre Evans from William Thomas ('Gwilym Marles'); printed poems in English by Evan Ceredig Jones, 1901-1903; and an index to the entire volume prepared by George Eyre Evans in January 1905.

Letters to Myvanwy Rhys

Letters, 1893-1945, addressed to Myvanwy Rhys from her sister, Olwen, 1911-1945 (mostly 1945), and various correspondents. Some letters are addressed to both sisters, and a few may have been sent solely to Olwen Rhys. Many relate to the proposed biography of John Rhŷs. Included are letters from A. E. Accumulated manuscript volumes

Manuscript volumes, previously in the possession of musicians, collectors or precentors, and accumulated by Dr J. Lloyd Williams. Many were evidently acquired by him from J. H. Davies, Cwrt-mawr, and contain mainly folk songs and hymn tunes, recorded in eighteenth and nineteenth century Wales.

Caerwys historical notes,

Manuscript and typescript material relating to the history of the parish of Caerwys co. Flint, including 'Caerwys Historical Notes by Sir J. Herbert Lewis (based on the Reminiscences of R. Lewis, John Brunnan and other natives of Caerwys, interviewed by him, and on documentary evidence of Caerwyson, author of a prize-essay on 'Caerwys ei Hynafiaethau a'i Heisteddfodau' and various MSS.'
