There are a few entries by Peter Bailey Williams (1821), and also by St Geo[rge] Armstrong Williams, who has included a short biography of Lewis Morris.

An imperfect manuscript containing a Welsh vocabulary (Merth - ysgrynedig, and a few entries under Ch- ); 'Cronicl y Twysogion' ('Hyn adynnais yn dalfyr alhan o lyfr y Twysogion asgrifen[n]odh Cradog o Lan[n] Garrfan'); 'Hen hen[n]wau bagad o Brif dhinasoedh yr ynys hon, ar hen[n]wau sydh arnynt orig, a phwy ai gwnaeth hwynt'; 'Dwned'; 'Deg rhan gwahan[n]ieth Cristnogion y byd'; etc. The manuscript is in the same hand as Panton MS 68 (NLW MS 2034) pp. 33-48, which are dated 1650. Annotations by Peter Bailey Williams.

A mutilated volume containing a treatise (11 pp.) on 'The Revelation or Manifestation of Jesus Christ' and an extensive commentary (147 pp.) on Chapters XI - XVIII of the Book of Revelations. Beginning at the end and inset are memoranda and accounts in the hand of Peter Bailey Williams and vouchers relating largely to the purchase of building materials and payments to builders and workmen at Llanrug, 1802-3. On the inside upper cover, also in the hand of Peter Bailey Williams, is the name of Mr O[wen] Rowlands, Novem[ber] 21 1802, followed by the inscription 'Mr. O. Rowlands began serving Llanrug [as a curate]'. The volume is lettered on the spine 'On the Revelations'.

An indexed account-book, 1794-1800, relating, it seems, to the third edition of 'Beibl Peter Williams'. Many of the entries to about the middle of May 1796 appear to be in the autograph of the Reverend Peter Williams (1723-96) while some of the entries from about 1794 are by the Reverend Peter Bailey Williams. The first page of the index appears to be wanting.

Transcript written by the Rev. David Ellis at various times. Originally consisted of four or five separate books. Book I, pp. 1-270 written in 1789 (p. 119); Book II, pp. 271-398 and 713-794 written in 1794 (pp. 271 and 380); Book III, pp. 399-556; Book IV, pp. 559-608; Book V, pp. 609-712. It appears that pp. 47-148 were copied from Pen[iarth MS] 124, pp. 233-266, or from a common original, and pp. 747-797 from Cwrtmawr MSS 3 and 4, which were used by David Ellis. The version of the Gododin (pp. 559-608) was used by Rev. J. Williams ab Ithel (see p. 559) in his edition of that poem.

An album or commonplace book originally kept at the New Inn, Llanberis. It contains a short sketch of the history of Llanberis, a note on John Closs, who died of exposure on Snowdon in 1805, with lines composed on the occasion by P[eter] B[ailey] W[illiams]; a 'Sonnet to Snowdon' by Miss Locke; odes to Snowdon, 1819; a 'Sketch of Snowdon for the benefit of sojourners at Llanberis' by Colonel Bell; a note on Evan Evans ('Ieuan Brydydd Hir') with an elegy by R. Williams of Vron near Mold, 1790; a sonnet by Kirke White; particulars of ashes carted, 1823-1827; and notes of visitors to the Inn, 1819.

Letters and miscellaneous papers comprising two letters [+], 1693, from Ch[arles] Owen, Oswestree to the Lady Archer near Epping in Essex (acknowledging all the expressions of her ladyship's extraordinary favours to him, mentioning that after a tedious ramble and censorious suspicions he came home in safety, the liberality of friends, 'Yet all this will not do for a Compensation for the injury done me', he desired his brother to assist Mr (?) Durrant in adjusting those wretched differences at Epping - her Ladyship's honourable attempts towards it); seven letters [+] from T[homas] Burgess, successively bishop of St Davids and of Salisbury, one written from C[orpus] C[hristi] C[ollege], Oxford, 1787, to T[homas] Falconer, Esq'r, Chester (thanking him for the present of his little book, requesting the addressee's opinion on the meaning of a passage from the Gospels and quoting from the preface to a second edition of the [Salisbury] spelling-book), two, possibly three, written from Abergwilly Palace and London, 1813-14, to the Reverend T. The items marked + were formerly Phillipps MS 35051 (see letter dated 9 February 1973 from Dr A. N. L. Munby to the Keeper of Manuscripts, National Library of Wales). # - The wrapping paper has on it 'Phillipps MSS 34929' in pencil in the autograph of J. H. Davies but, with the exception of the 'inventory of goods', the contents of this package do not appear to correspond to the description of Phillipps MS 34929 as given by Dr Munby in his letter, although Phillipps MS 34929 was purchased by J. H. Davies.

A small paper manuscript of the second half of the sixteenth century containing a calendar of Welsh saints ('llyma hennwav saint bryttaniaid'); a list of rivers largely in Cardiganshire ('llyma henway prif afonydd ag oble imaent yn tarddv allan oi dechreyad'); and 'Barnad owen ap vrien owaith argoed llwyfain' and 'Barnod [sic] vthvr pendragwn Cad arthvr owaith taliessin ben beirdd'. There are some additions by Peter Bailey Williams. The end papers consist of portions of pages of an early printed book.

Vestry book of the parish of Llanrug, Caernarvonshire, 1774-1829, with a list of overseers of the poor, 1792-1831, and a record of the population of Llanrug taken 3 June 1811. Some of the entries are in the autograph of the Reverend Peter Bailey Williams, who was rector of Llanrug and Llanberis from 1792 until his death in 1836. There are a number of entries at the reverse end of the book also. Many of the pages are blank.

A notebook marked 'Copy No 1' containing an account of the hundred of Eifionydd followed by the beginning of an account of the hundred of Llŷn or Lleyn and a note on 'Dinas a Llys Dinorwig' by Peter Bayley Williams, Llanrug (cf. Y Gwyliedydd, 1835, 310), this last in the autograph of John Jones ('Myrddin Fardd'). The material on Eifionydd bears a resemblance to 'Hanes Eifionydd' by W. Jones ('Bleddyn'), Llangollen (see Y Geninen, 1883, p. 59; 1884, pp. 69, 300) but the hand is probably that of 'Myrddin Fardd' at an early period of his life. Loose inside, pasted on a card, is a press-cutting concerning Enwau Lleoedd Sir Gaernarfon (see Cwrtmawr MS 564).

The poetry appears to have been transcribed c. 1791-5, possibly by Peter Bailey Williams, from other manuscripts (mention is made of copying from manuscripts in the hand of Dd. Ellis, Person Crickaeth, Evan Evans, Prydydd Hir, and Lewis Morris). The text is imperfect in places, and there are some later additions, including an English translation by Peter B. Williams of 'Marwnad Lleucu Llwyd' by Llywelyn Goch ap Meurig hên and 'englynion' copied by P. B. W[illiams] in Lampeter churchyard, August 1817. Several folios have been removed at the end of the volume but the pagination is continuous.
