An early nineteenth century text of 'Cyfrinach Beirdd Ynys Prydain', being probably a transcript, with orthographical variants, of NLW MS 122, which in turn was transcribed in 1801-2 from the holograph text of Edward Williams ('Iolo Morganwg') contained in Llanover MS E 15 (NLW MS 13177). Pasted on one of the fly-leaves is a transcript of the memorial inscription [at Llansilin], 1826, of the Reverend David Richards, Llansilin. Inset is a drawing of Darowen church, 1835. Watermark: 'Harris 1811'.

A volume originally intended as a personal and farming account book, 1830 and undated, but consisting almost entirely of transcripts, largely by Mary Richards, Darowen, of material of family and local interest.
