Miscellaneous typescripts, c. 1900-1920, on a very wide range of subjects, including a number of copies of references and testimonials. They include material relating to the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth, the National Library of Wales, the Ancient Monuments Board for Wales, the League of Nations Union, and many items of Cardiganshire interest. The events covered in the various typescripts date back to 1753.

The letters discuss the building of new houses, financial matters, property owned by David Davies in Canada, the treatment of conscietious objectors after the war, the management of Gregynog Estates Ltd., and various other business matters. There are a few references to the work of the League of Nations Union.

Some of the letters relate to the activities and running of the League of Nations Union set up in 1918, others concern the publication and running of the Welsh Outlook periodical. A few letters concern David Davies's purchase of the Coulin estate in Scotland.
