Lloyd of Brynllefrith letters,

Transcripts made by George Eyre Evans in 1903 of twenty-eight autograph letters of the family of Lloyd of Brynllefrith, parish of Llanwenog, Cardiganshire. The letters were edited by Evans in Lloyd Letters (1754-1796), being extant letters of David Lloyd, Minister of Llwynrhydowen, Posthumous Lloyd, his Brother; and Charles Lloyd, LL. D., his Son ... (Aberystwyth, 1908).
Also included are press cuttings, including extracts from the letters published by George Eyre Evans, under the pseudonym 'Philip Sidney', in The Welsh Gazette, 9 July 1903; and autograph letters, 1903, to George Eyre Evans from Lucy Theakston, Waterloo, near Liverpool, who formerly owned the original letters, Rees Jenkin Jones, Aberdare and Walter Jenkin Evans, Carmarthen.

Materials relating to Lloyd Letters,

A group of about one hundred and forty autograph letters and postcards, 1907-1908, addressed to George Eyre Evans, and some invoices and receipts relating to the publication of his Lloyd Letters... (Aberystwyth, 1908); 'Account of the late Mrs. Lettice Lloyd and Family', transcribed by George Eyre Evans from The Monthly Magazine, 1812, Part I, and published in part in Lloyd Letters, pp. xxiii-xxvi; and an autograph pedigree of the family of Lloyd of Brynllefrith, compiled by John Davies, Aberystwyth in 1908.
The names of almost all the writers of the letters appear in the published list of 'Subscribers' to Lloyd Letters.
