Statement Of Facts for consideration before making certain proposals to Athelstan Corbett concerning a dispute between him and the executors of his late uncle, Edward Corbett, from whom he inherited the Ynysmaengwyn estate, over payment of EC's creditors, payments to the Commissioner under an Act of Parliament to enclose lands in p. Tywyn, co. Mer., and over payment of £1,650 made by EC to AC's late brother to buy him a commission in the army.

Statement Of Facts relating to the division of the Penbedw estate into the 'Old Estate' derived under the will of Richard Williams and now seised in fee by Thomas Molyneux Williams and the 'New Estate' devised under the will of Watkin Williams of which his niece is tenant for life with remainder to her nephew, Watkin Williams Edward Wynne in tail, part of which estate is to be exchanged between T.M.W. and W.W.E.W.. A legal doubt arose since the 'New Estate' considered to comprise purchases made by Watkin Williams (see DF719) also included premises purchased with money settled on the marriages of Robert and Richard Williams.

Statute Merchant in £4,000 taken before William Bailey and Thomas Talbott, gent's, bailiffs of Bridgnorth. Subscribed: 'The case concerning the Statute bond of John Pryse to Robert Corbett, esq. Robert Corbett dyed Anno 1645 before whose death John Pryse of Eskerweddan married the eldest daughter of the said Robert Anno 1641. Upon which marriage the said John settled his whole estate upon him and his wife for the terms of theire lives & after theire decease to the children of the said John begotten upon the body of the said Mary & in default of such issue to Vincent Corbett sonne & heire to the said Robert & for confirmation of the said estate upon the said Vincent he sealed a Statute bond of the penalty of £4,000 . Vincent never saw any deed or writing whatsoever before or since the Statute came to his custody which is not above [--] years since. Vide the bill & answere'.
