Abstract Of The Will of Griffith Roberts Testator devises:. To T. P. Jones, esq., John Griffith esq., Rev. John Roberts and his brother John Roberts the tmt., called Myrdu and the stock on the farm of Madrin Issa [p. Llandudwen] co. Caern., and household goods, to hold the tmt., in trust to receive the rents for the life of his d. Elizabeth Williams and to pay two thirds to her and one third to his grandson in law Owen Williams for her life, and after her death to Griffith Williams, s. Elizabeth Williams, and his heirs. The personal estate of Madrin Issa is to Elizabeth Williams for her life and after her death to be divided among her children. To his grandson in law Owen Williams, the stock upon Hirdrefawr, p. Tydweiliog, co. Caern., subject to the payment of £50 to the testator's grandson Griffith Williams at the testator's decease and another £50 at the end of 5 years. To Catherine Jones, £20 a year and to William Williams s. Owen Williams, £20, charging the stock on Hirdrefawr with the payment thereof. Out of his cash and remaining personal estate, £120 to Ellin Williams, d. Elizabeth Williams and £30 to John Williams her son. The residue after discharging the rent of Madrin Issa and his funeral expenses out of the stock of the farm of Madrin Issa to his d. Elizabeth Williams.

Abstract Of The Will of John Griffith of Brinodol, co. Caern., esq.,. Testator devises:. A m. in the holding of Lewis Hughes in p. Edern, co. Caern., to H. Griffith and his heirs, subject to the yearly payment of the interest on £12 to the poor of p. Llaniestyn, of the interest on £5 to the sexton of Llandidwen and of 20s. to the poor of p. Tydweiliog, all in co. Caern., [For the will, see no. D425.]. Endorsed with an extract from the will of John Griffith of Nyffrin, gent., devising to the poor of p. Llaniestyn the yearly interest on £12 to buy cloth and to the sexton of Llandidwen the yearly interest on £5 to hedge about the churchyard and to look after the graves of the testator's family.

Abstract Of The Will of J[ohn] Lloyd of Hirdrefaig, co. Ang., Testator devises:. The capital m. and demesne lands called Hirdrefaig and other messuages and lands thereto belonging in p. Llanfinnan, co. Ang., and the capital m. called Penlech p. Penlech, and messuages and lands in the parishes of Llangwnadle, Llaniestn, Denio, Aberdaron and Bryncroes, co. Caern., to his niece Annabella Langford of Hirdrefaig, spinster, on condition that she marries the testator's nephew Richard Lloyd s. Francis Lloyd of Monachdy, co. Ang., esq., within 2 years. If Richard Lloyd will not marry Annabella Langford, the lands are to go to her and her heirs and if Annabella Langford will not marry Richard Lloyd, the lands to go to him and his heirs subject to an annuity of £90 to Annabella and her heirs. If they both die without issue, the lands are to pass to the testator's nephew, Lloyd Langford, esq., and his issue male, then to Catherine Lloyd, the testator's niece, d. Francis Lloyd, then to the issue male of the testator's cousin Mary, wife of the Rev. William Lloyd clerk, then to Richard Poole of Pencraig and his issue, with the condition that each of these take the name of Lloyd, or finally to the Rev. Henry Rowlands of Plasgwin. To Annabella Langford, the testator's goods and chattels and all his personal estate, in trust to pay his debts and funeral expenses, and the residue for herself. Testator appoints Annabella Langford his executrix.
