Writ to the Master of the Wards and Liveries, etc., the Chancellor General, Surveyor, etc. of the Court of Augmentations, Treasurer of the Chamber and others. Pardon for his true and faithful service to William, Earl of Worcester, of the following sums in which he is indebted to the Crown:- £220. 9. 7. for arrears of one annual rent of £99. 3. 10. reserved out of the possessions of the late Priory of Tyntern, due for 2 1/2 years ended at Annunciation 6 Edward VI (1552) : £92. 13. 4. arrears of a farm called Vndey at £36. 13. 4. a year due for 2 1/2 years at the same term; £19. 14. 0 1/8. for 1/2 years rent of the sitem demesne and parsonage, with other lands belonging to the late Priory of Cheppystowe let to Morgan Wolf by lease for term of years due at the same term; £178. 13. for arrears of a farm called Caldecote due at Michaelmas 5 Edward VI (1551); £23. 11. 6. for half years rent of the same farm of Caldecote due at Annunciation 6 Edward VI (1552); £184. 0. 63/4, for his fine for his livery in the Court of Wards and Liveries, for the payment of which the Earl and others stand bound in several obligations; £4. 6. 2. due for the rate of lands from 6 November, when the father died to 29 November, when he made tender of his livery at the rate of 20s. 6 1/2. a day; £77. 11. 9 1/4. parcel of a greater sum payable by Warrant made 10 March 1 Edward VI (1547) for the instalment of the same.
