Rentals,

A volume containing rent accounts, 1771-89, with individual tenants of the Corston estate in respect of properties in Loveston, Monkton, Mat[h]ry, Letterston, White Church [in Cemais], Tenby, Templetown, Pembroke, Crunwere, Cosheston, Bigelly, Martheltwy, etc., and of the tithes of the parish of Warren, Pembrokeshire, and of Allt Ddu near Carmarthen. At the end of the volume and on the end-papers are a rental from 1780 of an estate bought of John Rossant in Cosheston and Bigelly; memoranda of leases and payments, 1745-84; and undated valuations and measurements of properties. The volume is indexed. Insets include holograph letters from Thos. Meyler, Llangloffan, 1776, Tho. Rees, Haverfordwest, 1792, B. Allen (undated), etc., and miscellaneous vouchers and accounts, 1769-95 and undated.
