Wants him to make an end with Mr. Price of Bodvagh, to get up Mr. Lloyd of Eynart's arrears and send up his accounts. The Duke is convinced that the writer's method is the best for landlord and tenant - to give the five or six months to pay arrears and then make them all pay at a day fixed. His arrangements for collecting rents and arrears in the lordships of Llanerchidoll, Tertreffe, Tyrrymynych and Pool Town. Parry to take on the collection of the lordship of Mochnant from Mr. Errington, the Duke to allow him £40 per annum which considering he has the Town Clerk's Place of Oswestry and most of those courts and the Welsh courts is a very fair allowance.
