Recites that upon the death of Sir Edmond Thomas and Mrs Anne Thomas, children of his wife by her former husband, William Thomas, esq., dec., a considerable estate has come into him in right of his wife and his wife having no power without his consent to dispose of any part thereof and his wife having requested him to give her such power to dispose by her will of the particulars above mentioned.
