'Sonnet. The Bard's Fate' ('Where nature's purer Joys are all my own ...'); 'Prudence, an Epigram in the Welsh taste; and 'Sonnet. Written In the beginning of April 1793'. ('From noise and filth to rural home removed ...'). These have been crossed out, and on the other side is a pastoral (Conjugal happiness) beginning, 'Along the dreary waste ...'.

'Song (Glamorgan Triban)', beginning 'Where many a chrystal fountain ...' followed by 'I am a lad that loves a lass' ('Tune mi yw'r bachgen ifangc ffol'). On the reverse side (crossed out) is 'The dream from the Welsh' beginning 'Ah where art thou fled lovely dream of delight ...'.

'The disconsolate' (crossed out) beginning, 'Let others tune the hapier strain ...'. On the reverse side is an estimate for building (?).

'Complaint of Sensibility' beginning, 'I sit in the time-riffled Bow'r'. There are also some verses (crossed out) including 'Can y porfelydd' ('Bum yn aros amser hir / yn estron dir y saeson').
