Ltd, 1931, and an abstract of title (1894-1934) of Wayneflete Holdings to freehold lands at Esher, 1935. A 1934 agreement for sale is altered in pencil as a draft agreement for sale of Riverway between Mrs J. Townsend and Mrs Edith S. Westley, wife of [blank] Westley of Friars Cottage, Clive Road, Esher, 1942.
