Large volume : WCC Register of Deeds. Lists preferment (some with file no.); registration no. of document (in numerical order, 1 - 34,490, with six items appended); date of document: name of lessee, etc.; description of document; date and destination of transfer, e.g., National Library of Wales, University of Wales, County Council, Representative Body of the Church in Wales. The final page contains a 'Schedule of un-numbered (and presumably un-registered) documents sent to the National Library of Wales on 7th June, 1943.' This lists the date of each document, the exhibit number when inspected by Mr Ll. Davies of the National Library, the parish, manor or preferment concerned, description, and remarks, and partly corresponds to the old WCC List no. 7.
Registers and Schedules showing the destination of records. In addition to these items, WCC Lists 1-19 and 21 were produced by the National Library when documents were transferred to Aberystwyth from the WCC. Although not strictly part of the archive, they have been deemed worthy of inclusion in an attempt to show why the whole archive has been arranged in this manner.
