Lease And Release (previous to the marriage of the said David Jones Lewis and Mary Price) of the messuages and lands called Tyr Kill y Bridvedd issa otherwise Gelly Brydfedd otherwise Panthowel, Tyr Lletty'r Hyrddod, Cwmcrynfe, and Pen yr Allt otherwise Pen allt Rhys otherwise Kil y Bridwen, parish of Llanthoysaint, and release of the properties in the parish of Llanwrda specified in No. 3155 of 14 Oct. 1766 with covenant to levy a fine. (The New Cottage and Garden and a meadow called Foes y erw issa were part of Tyr Cwmyrhew). Witnesses: Dan. Price, attorney, and Jas. Williams, both of Talley, Carmarthenshire. Endorsed are:. 1885, May 2. Memoranda that the principal part of Cwmcrynfe had been sold to Mr Thomas Williams of Coedmawr and the remaining part thereof to Mr John Lewis of Nantgwine, Llanddeusaint, and Panthowel and Penyrallt to Morgan Thomas, Thomas Thomas, and Mary Thomas of Panthowel, Llanddeusaint, farmers, to all of whom undertakings had been given in respect of this deed. Attached is. 1798, Aug. 10. Final Concord relating to the properties in the parish of Llanthoysaint specified above. See also no. 3156.
