The bridge on the Turnpike road between Upper Lodge Hafod and the inn at Pentrebriwnant and Dukes desire to divert the road between the Arch and Cwmystwyth. Justices had refused as road now secondary and they have no funds. The petition which Earl of Lincoln had presented to House of Commons re lighting paving, etc., now in process of being drafted into a bill, and committee would like to submit a copy to him for his consideration.
