Poetry of Gutto ap Siancyn, Dafydd ap Gwilym and others. The first part of the manuscript is by a single scribe of the mid-15th century. The second part is by several scribes and dates from 1501 to 1540.

XV (1869), pp. 209-25, 352-78; 4th series, vol. I, pp. 73-100 (see Peniarth MSS 554-555); together with a letter, dated 21 July 1869, from W. W. E. Wynne to the editor of the Archaeologia Cambrensis (f. 73), and three letters, dated 7 May - 15 August 1869, from Robert Williams, Rhydycroesau, Oswestry to W. W. E. Wynne concerning the proof-reading of the text (ff. 74-6).

A rubbing probably made by W. W. E. Wynne of part of the inscription on the tombstone of Jane Brynkir, daughter of Robert Wynne of Glyn, 1691, at Llanbeblig, Caernarvonshire, the other part of the inscription being covered by the 'altar platform'.
