Lease for 99 years of a piece of ground, part of the farm and lands called Ffynondeilo, p. Llanegwad, on which said piece of ground were formerly erected two tmt's known as Llygad-yr-haul and Pwlldwr, which have been pulled down and on which David Davies has built a shop and dwelling-house.
