Account book, mainly in Welsh, 1867-1907, of Thomas Jones (d. 1897), Brynmeheryn, Ystradmeurig, co. Cardigan, containing customers' accounts for weaving, sometimes with details of patterns; also included are a few veterinary recipes. Later entries are in the hand of Evan W. Jones, possibly the son of Thomas Jones.

A notebook containing memoranda and accounts of Evan John, farmer and weaver, of Gwernogau, Llanfihangel Rhos-y-corn, Carmarthenshire, and father of Thomas Evans ('Tomos Glyn Cothi'; 1764-1833), from 1769 to 1780, with later entries for 1788. The volume mainly contains weaving patterns, entries of hiring agreements by his children as farm-servants (e.g. Thomas Evans at Salach and Pantybetws, Llanfihangel Rhos-y-corn, etc., 1775-6), and particulars of the purchase of barley, oatmeal, peeled corn, and timber, and of the sale of butter, beeswax, honey, hides, and tallow. The volume also includes a stanza of a hymn in a later hand.
