Wynnstay Home Rents,

Apart from rent rolls of all the lands of Sir John Wyn, kt & bart, within the collection of John Jones and others, in the counties of Anglesey, Carnarvon, Denbigh and Merioneth, the volume also includes a particular taken by John Jones of all the goods, household stuff and furniture within Watstay, 9 Oct. 1683; a particular of the pewter in Watstay taken 2 Nov. 1683 and given by Mary Williams the then cook maid; and inventories of goods at Watstay - linen, plate implements of husbandry, cattle, corn, 1683-1686.

Wynnstay house book,

Account book inscribed "Ledger" on the cover and "Wynnstay House Book" within, recording household expenses, 1843-1857. The first part of the volume lists orders from tradesmen, with their accounts and bills settled, 1843-1848; the second part contains the house steward’s account, listing mainly servants’ wages and household commodities, purchased, 1855-1857.
