Further Charge of £50 (5%) on premises previously mortgaged by 1 to 2, comprising part of a meadow called Lower Groffield or Grove Field, p. Abergavenny, co. Mon., together with buildings there, as described in no. 383 above. Recites: the original 99 year lease by Baker Gabb of Abergavenny, gent., to 1, dated 10 Jan. 1835; a mortgage of 13 Oct. 1835 (no. 383); that the principal sum of £200 still remains owing to 2; and that 1 has applied to 2 to lend him a further £50, which 2 has agreed to do.

Recites: the original 99 year lease by Baker Gabb of Abergavenny, gent., to 1, dated 10 Jan. 1835; that 1 has occasion for £200 which 2 has agreed to lend him on security of repayment.

Seven vellum documents, 1736-1758, comprising accounts for land revenues to Sir Henry Fox, Lord Holland and Richard Bateman, Receivers General of the King’s Revenues in South Wales. Each multi-page document lists the annual land revenues from the counties of Pembroke, Carmarthen, Cardigan, Brecon, Radnor, Glamorgan and Monmouth in South Wales. Signed by Lt Gen. Thomas Farrington MP of Chislehurst, Auditor of the Land Revenues for Wales, 1739-1750, and subsequently Thomas Wynn, 1761. Declared before successive Chancellors of the Exchequer, Robert Walpole, Henry Pelham and William Barrington.
