Affidavit (copy) of Robert ap Richard of Llecheithior, co. Caern., gent., states that John Griffith the younger sued forth a commission of survey from the court to survey Llecheiddior [p. Dolbenmaen] & Dolbenmaen and other lands and townships, that the commission was executed without summoning those most nearly concerned therein and that many of the commissioners and jury were relatives, friends, or neighbours of John Griffith.
