Copies of memoranda, 1930-1936, most of them the work of Gareth Jones, taken from the Lloyd George Papers at the Parliamentary Archive at the House of Lords. A notebook containing fairly detailed diary like entries in German of a tour of central Europe, mainly Germany, by Gareth Jones during July and August 1923. At the time he had recently completed his first year at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth and had learned German there.

Contains detailed entries, 31 December 1929-13 November 1930, mainly recounting his experiences while Gareth Jones was a researcher in the employ of David Lloyd George.
