S. Thomas, dated 24 November 1959; Part 5, 'Is There a Cause?' by Vernon Watkins, dated 21 April 1960; and Part 7, 'There is No Time' by Raymond Garlick, as a loose page draft pencil partial score, dated 24 January 1961. Part 6 is wanting.
