Barony of Powis,

A resettlement of the barony of Powis and other estates subject to the trusts of the will of George Edward Henry, earl of Powis, dated 19-20 Aug. 1814, and an assignment of mortgage for securing £32,000 by Thomas Ryder, esq., to John Probert and Robert Wilding of Copthorne, esqs., dated 3 Jan. 1818, both listed as being part of this parcel, in 'Powis Castle Estate Register of Muniments of Title' (now DA1) are no longer extant, at least not in the present parcel.

Barony of Powis,

A covenant for payment of interest on £8000 advanced to Edward Morrall, esq., dated 6 June 1823, appointment of Lawrence Sulivan, esq., as a trustee of the Powis Castle Estates, dated 11-12 Nov. 1823, and a lease and release with the approbation of the Court of Chancery and settlement under Lord Clive's Estate Act of parts of the Trefnant Estate, co. Mont., and of an estate in Colebatch, p. Bishops Castle, Shropshire, dated 22-3 June 1823, all listed as being part of this parcel, in 'Powis Castle Estate Register of Muniments of Title' (now DA1) are no longer extant, at least not in the present parcel.
