'Notes of Parciau & the Neighbourhood'
A volume entitled 'Notes of Parciau & the Neighbourhood' mainly relating to the parish of Llaneugrad, Anglesey, where Parciau is situated, containing antiquarian notes on churches; the story of the wreck of the Royal Charter at Moelfre in 1859; a ballad of 'Sir John of Bodfel' copied from the original written by the Reverend J. Vaughan Lloyd, Hope, Flintshire; and an account of the 'Disappearance of the Parciau Ghost or Goblin'; the notes have been mainly transcribed from printed sources such as the works of Samuel Lewis; together with an index.
An imperfect copy of a Bible, the various parts of which were printed between 1598 and 1601 - Old Testament (Geneva version), 1599; Apocrypha, 1599; New Testament, 1598; Revelation of St. John, 1600; and The Whole Book of Psalmes, 1601 - and which was used in the parish church of Oswestry during the reign of Charles. It contains numerous manuscript notes mainly relating to the family of Moody in Oswestry and the surrounding district.

A certificate, 1786, sent to William Lewes of Llysnewydd, President of the Cardiganshire Society for the Encouragement of Agriculture and Manufacture, testifying that Jane Lewes had served for ten years as maid in the household of Jenkin Richard, Dihewyd, and that she should therefore be considered worthy of one of the premiums offered by the Society.
