Surrender of lease specified in No. 2152 of 30 Dec. 1880, with agreement for the submission to the arbitration of William Adams, mining engineer, as regards the sum to be paid by Morgan Stuart Williams for repairs, etc., upon surrender. Recital gives details of the premises and of the circumstances leading to the surrender, namely the determination of their sub-lease by the Ystalfera Iron Co., alleging the coal let to them by Morgan Stuart Williams was exhausted.
