Caern., dec., who by her will had appointed D.E. as her executor, together with an account and schedule of her debts. The answers include detailed accounts of D.E.'s executorship including rentals of the Aberkin estate, 1732-4.

Flint) over whether the mines, leased to J.T. on 28 Feb. 1826 [J44] by Annabella Williams, was, as he claimed exhausted or not and thus reasonable grounds, according to the covenant in the lease, to quit the workings before the expiration of the said lease.
