Carmarthen, for the purpose of keeping a Charity Scholl for teaching the poor children of the said manor to read and repeat the catechism of the Church of England; which lease and release the said Morgan Davies promises to use his best endeavour to keep safe and leave to his posterity to do so likewise, that a Charity School may be kept at the said premises for ever.
