Mer., esq., mortgaged the premises to William Jennens for £14,000 in 1789, that by his will he devised premises to trustees to sell in order to pay his debts, that the trustees had contracted to sell several of the above mentioned premises but could not becuase of the infancy of 1 who was the mortgagee's heir at law, that the court of Chancery directed 1 to convey his interest in the premises, subject to the equity of redemption, to 2, who are the administrators of mortgagee's estate, in order to complete the conveyances which R.T.P's trustees have contracted.
