(second son of Hugh Llwyd, late of ffoesheligg, p. Llandysill, co. Card., esq., dec., and of Bridgett, his late wife, dec.), Walter Jones of Llandysill aforesaid, gent., and Elinor Jones, his wife, Lettice Jones of Llandysill, spinster, their youngest daughter and executrix and residuary legatee of the will of Mary Llwyd, spinster (one of the sisters of the said Elinor Jones and one of the daughters of the said Hugh Llwyd and Bridgett, his wife), Henry Jones, late of Lampeter Velfrey, co. Pemb., and now of Narberth in co. Pemb., gent., and Ann Jones, his wife, Benjamin Davies of Clydey aforesaid, tanner, and Margarett Davies, his wife, Sarah Davies of Clydey, spinster, their only daughter, administratrix of the goods of Bridgett Llwyd, spinster, late sister of the said Margarett Davies and one other of the daughters of the said Hugh Llwyd and Bridgett, his wife, in trust during the minority of the said Sarah, the executrix and residuary legatee of the will of the said Bridgett Llwyd, spinster (the said Elinor Jones, Anne Jones, and Margarett Davies being the three surviving daughters of the said Hugh Llwyd by Bridgett, his wife), and Mary Williams, late of Meline, co. Pemb., and of Gellydowill aforesaid, spinster. 3. Morgan Lloyd of ffoesheligg aforesaid, gent., son and heir of Morgan Llwyd, late of ffoesheligg, gent., dec., who was son and heir of the said Hugh Llwyd and Bridgett, his wife. Declaration Of Trust relating to the sum of £1,500 secured to be paid upon m's and lands called Dole Llannerch, Tyr y Dygod Issa, Tyr y Dygodd Ycha, Tyr y Ty Mawr, and Tyr y Pant Gwyn, with the cottages thereunto belonging, a tucking mill, a water corn grist mill, and two cottages and lands on the demesne of Dole Llannerch, a burgage in the town of Killgerran and a burgage in the market t own of Narberth, and other cottages and lands, all in p's Clydey, Llanvihangell Penbedw, Cylgerran, and Narberth, co. Pemb. [Other names mentioned: Daryhaise, Dayry's piece, English Whittley, Baylott's Meadow, Whostone or Hoorstone croft, Roger's Park, Redstone, Landscar's hill, Tharcley, otherwise Thurley, Darke Parke, Tregavery, middle hill, furzey park.] With covenants by the second party to releae the said Morgan Llwyd from legacies owing to them, upon payment of their respective shares of the said sum of £1,500.
