Other papers relate to a proposal by Pontardawe RDC to tap Ffrwdlâs and Ffynonlâs springs north of Dorwen farm in the parish of Ystradgynlais, 1909-1910, and a proposal by Ystradgynlais RDC to take water from a spring on Tredeg Farm, 1910.
