Recites that the premises were limited to 1's father to such uses as he should appoint, that in 1806 1's father mortgaged the premises to Rowland Parry, (demise for 500 years) for £630, that 1's father died in 1815 leaving 1 as the only son and heir, that R.P. died in 1814, that a suit had been instituted in the court of Great Sessions by Henry Lewis and Mary Cooper, executors of R.P., against 1 for the foreclosing of the mortgage in which suit a decree has been pronounced for the foreclosure thereof, that the legal costs amounted to £177-10-7, that 1 owed the executors of R. P. for principal, interest and costs £882-3-0, that 1's father owed 2 £446-10-9 which 1 had agreed to pay, that the amount now due is £661-0-1. Draft.

Recitals as no. 535 and that Thomas Gilkes, acting on behalf of Thomas Wyatt, had entered into articles of agreement with 5 for the purchase of the premises in 1813, that Richard Williams, Sir John Murray, the trustees of the Westminster Life Insurance Society and Arthur, Alfred and James Wyatt had filed a bill against 5, in 1823, for not performing articles of agreement and that 5. pay £120 to R.W., the residue of the purchase price of 21,600 agreed upon in 1813, that 5 put in his answer in which he stated that it was agreed verbally between T.G., T.W., and himself that in case the premises should not prove to amount to 58a 0r 2p 5 should be allowed out of his purchase money a sum of money adequate to this deficiency, which deficiency turned out to be 1a-2r-8p, that a Master in Chancery reported in 1829 that, after calculating interest due on the £120 and that the la-2r-8p was, according to the purchase price of the premises, worth £42-13-3, and calculating interest on that and costs of the suit, etc., 5 owed plaintiffs £143-6-0, that 5 has since paid that sum and has contracted with 6 for the sale of the premises.
