Included is a typescript copy of his address delivered at the Annual General Meeting of the North Wales Association for the Arts, 1972; and drafts of the lecture, ['A Painter in Gwynedd'], given to the Honourable Society of Cymmrodorion, 5 May 1988, and published in the Society's Transactions, 1988. Notes on Vincent van Gogh are partially written on the reverse of a script of an interview between John Ormond, Kyffin Williams and Jack Jones. A limerick and biro sketch are included on the back of a Terston notepad amongst the miscellaneous preparatory notes.
