Account of the succession in real property of Frances Carter and Louisa Carter of Clevedon, co. Somerset, spinsters, on the death of John Carter the younger (ob. 26 October 1892), derived from Edwin Carter, the predecessor, by the will of the said Edwin Carter dated 25 April, 1846, and proved 30 October 1855, together with assessment and receipt for duty.

Administration with the will annexed of the estate of Jenkin Philipps late of Matherne, co. Monmouth and diocese of Llandaff, deceased, granted to Henry Morgan, guardian at law of Thomas Philipps and William Philipps, younger sons of the testator (the executor Elizabeth Philipps, wife of the testator, having died before administration was complete). Will dated 24 August 1729.
