Twenty-six holograph letters, 1820?-1833, addressed to Messrs. Elliss, Pugh, & Co., Rhandirmwyn Mines, Llandovery (also at Hendremain, Llandoveery, and at Wenalet [parish of Llanafan] near Aberystwyth). All the letters relate to the purchase of lead ore from the recipients, and the writers include Wm. Dutton, Bagillt, Holywell, Messrs. Parkes, Ashton, & Co., Liverpool, T. H. & H. Riddle, Bristol, Christopher George, Bristol, and Jno. Hooson, Bagillt Lead Works.

Carmarthen, and afterwards of Aberystwyth. Many of the earlier entries, in the form of memoranda and accounts, relate to the production of ore by the writer at [Rhandir-mwyn Lead Works].
