Title deeds of the tenement and lands at Ynys Vergi [township of Henllys] in the parish of Lanfihangel Genau’r-glyn, comprising a demise by John Gl'm, abbot of Cwmhir, to Ieuan ap Jeinkin, dated at the chapter house of Cwmhir, 1536; a quitclaim by John ap Moris ap Owen to Phillipp Williams, 1562; and a gift by [his son] Richard Phellepps of Aberystwyth to John Pryse of Gogerddan, 1570.

Original tied bundle and one other deed relating to a tenement called Tythyn Erow’r Carney in the township of Ceulan a Maes-mawr, quitclaimed by Elliw vch David ap Thomas widow of Ieuan ap Dynyved, lately deceased to their son, Lewis ap Ieuan ap Dynyved, 1556, mortgaged and subsequently sold by the latter to John Pryse of Gogerddan, 1569-1570. The file also includes a bond by a mortgagor to Rees ap Jenkyn ap Ieuan ap David for peaceful possession of arable land near Tal-y-bont, 1566.
