Lease for 21 years of an annual tithe rent charge issuing from lands in the chapelry of Saint Lawrence beside the town of Chepstow, co. Monmouth, and eight acres of land and wood beside the said chapel.

Request to the trustees of the will of Edwin Carter, deceased, for the distribution of the rents of testator's real estate, pending the sale of the same.

He encloses a copy of particulars and conditions of sale of Carter Trust property. He hopes to send a long letter containing details of the recent proceedings in the action of Carter v. Carter.

He acknowledges the receipt of a letter. The 4th instant was appointed for settling the certificate of sale and in the ordinary course of practice the certificate would be dated on that day.
