Report by Professor [Philip J.] White on the Sparling Fishery of the River Conwy accompanied by a note from Professor White to J. Travis Jenkins, Superintendent of the Lancashire and Western Sea Fisheries. Also enclosed are letters from Professor White to the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries relating to an objection by Professor White to byelaws concerning sparling.

Returns as to the fishing industry for the year 1892, for most fishing ports in the Western Sea Fisheries District, along with two letters to R[andal] Casson relating to the returns, from the chief officer of New Quay Coastguard and from Thomas Ellis of Holyhead.
List of fishing boats registered at the port of Caernarfon giving their names, tonnage, and type (e.g.. cutter), as well as returns of the fishing industry for the port of Caernarfon for 1892, and a printed copy of Regulations for the Lettering, Numbering, and Registering of British Fishing Boats (under the 1868 Act).
