Lease and Release of estates (further described) in p. Llandewybrevy (formerly the property of Thomas Johnes esq., and purchased by 1 in 1804), in trust to 2, for 1, for life, then to be divided into 5 lots of specified values for the use of the 5 children (named) of 1, but subject to annuities payable to Mary Smith, wife of 1. Endorsed: Memorandum, dated 1 May 1816, that a messuage called Beynymaen, etc., (part of the estate) was sold to John Griffiths of Blaenafon co. Monmouth, gent., who in 1815 conveyed same to Thomas Jenkins and Thomas Price. Memorandum dated 19 Aug. 1819, the Brynymynach and part of another farm called Danylan or Tyr Gogoyan or Danylan Gogoyan (part of the estate) were mortgaged to David Griffiths in 1816.
