Copy of the Will (will dated 31 July 1867) of Walter David Jones of Lancych, co. Pemb., esq., MD. Testator bequeathed as follows:, to my wife, Anne Jones, £7,800 (my share of the sale of Windfield Bank Farm) from my personal estate. I appoint John Francis Jones, esq., a clerk in the Treasurer's office of the London, Chatham, and Dover Railway Co. at Victoria Station, my sole executor and residuary legatee, to my wife, all my real estate for life and, on her death, in trust to the use of the said John Francis Jones, to Caroline Randles, sister of John Francis Jones, £500 from my real estate and £500 to Henry Jones of Penywern in p. Ystrad, co. Card. My wish that the said John Francis Jones shall take and use the name and arms of "Lloyd of Ffoeshelig and Dole-llanerch" after the name of "Jones"; this concession to be registered according to the Laws of Arms in the College of Arms, to John Francis Jones, the residue of my estates, both real and personal, after the death of my wife. Proved at Carmarthen, 12 Aug. 1869. Testator dec. 17 July 1869,.
