Inquisition held at Ruthin, co. Denbigh, upon the lands of Richard Greene, son and heir of Richard Greene, deceased, of Ruthin, in accordance with a writ of extent directed to the sheriff of the said county declaring that Edward Brereton, esq., Roger Mostyn, esq., and Richard Jones, LL.D., had obtained judgement for the recovery of a debt of £200 from the said Richard Greene, deceased, that Roger Mostyn and Richard Greene were since deceased, and that the surviving creditors were to obtain execution of judgement against Richard Greene, the son and heir.
