Tipped into the volume is a schedule of lands agreed to be exchanged between W.W.E. Wynne and Thomas Molyneux Williams, 1831, and a rental of the Penbedw estate, 1832.

Llandudno, co. Caern.], and p. Llanwnog, co. Mont., including man's Isterfyn and Uwchterfyn, co. Flint, for 1652 together with accounts of receipts and disbursements sent to 'my brother Jones'. Copy. Endorsed: 'A copy of my accompt I sent my brother Jones 15 May 1654 by my cosen David Ed[war]ds who kept me this copy thereof' and [in the hand of W. W. E. Wynne] 'I believe that this is an account forwarded by Watkin Kyffin of Glascoed. He and Jones married two sisters I think' [cf. the initials at the end of the account].
