Osbaston, Shropshire, to John Hilton, but in default of issue, John Hilton is to hold the last named property for life, with remainder to Richard Hilton; a tmt in occupation of Elizabeth Owen to his wife, Hanna Hilton, for life; bequeaths the annual rent of £10 from [? land] in t. Terecoyd, to his son, Richard Hilton. Bequests of money to his children.

Whittington] Shropshire, to his brother Andrew Maddocks after whose death the property is to go to Thomas Atcherley of Twiford, Shropshire, and John Davies of Middleton, Shropshire, gent., in trust to the uses of the heirs of his brother Andrew Maddocks.
