Release by John ap Hopkyn Piers to William ap Meuric ap Kenoric, of all his right in four parcels of land, with appurtenances, in the parish and fee of Wolvesnewton, which he has of the gift and feoffment of Sir William ap David ap Mc rector of Wolvesnewton, Sir Philip ap Howel, rector of Landesoe, Ieuan ap Llewelin ap Morgan, and Margaret, his mother, one parcel of which lies in the vill of Wolvesnewton, in length between the way leading from Kayr to the bridge called Pont wynforth on one head and the land of William ap Meuric on the other, in breadth between the land of the said William on one side and the garden of John Colyn on the other side, the second parcel lying between the said way and the garden of Ieuan ap Philip ap Eynon on the other, and in breadth between the land of the said Ieuan on one side and the land of David tyler on the other side, the third lies in the field called Kepyntre between the stream called Pyll on one head and the land of the said William on the other, and in breadth between the said stream on one side and the land of the said William on the other, the fourth parcel lies in the same field, in length between the said river on one head and the land of the said William on the other and in breadth between the lands of the said William on both sides, at a rent of 2d. per annum, suit of court, and relief.
