Papers relating to highways and bridges: including a question of the legality of a tax to defray expenses of bringing the rivers to run under the county bridges after the storm of July 1706; case, with opinion thereon, concerning liability for rebuilding bridge over Ceiriog-as the river had changed its course and the bridge was no longer on the boundary between cos. Denbigh and Salop, 1754; proposals of petitioners for the road from Wrexham to Chester and from Chester to Ewloe; and a printed form of notice for service upon the highway, after 1773.
