General Ledgers,

Ledgers, 1897-1910, showing varied transactions concerning most of the company's work.

Trade Ledgers,

Trade Ledgers. Ledgers showing various transactions with traders mainly, and also a few individuals. They concern sales of newspapers and other "goods". Ledgers B1, B2, B3 and B5 appear to form a series.

Insurance accounts,

Insurance Accounts. Accounts recording payment of premiums to various insurance companies. The insurance covers buildings, household goods, furniture and agricultural produce. Each volume has, at the beginning, a record of each premium paid; in the middle, a summary of quarterly instalments paid each year; and, at the end, a quarterly account of all the payments to and by the company. D1 and D2 represent policies with different companies. D2-D6 from sequence.

Baner ledgers,

Baner Ledgers. Ledgers showing transactions concerning the Baner. They are of two types - transactions with traders and transactions with private persons. The former are Ledgers C3 and C4; the letter Ledgers C1, C2 and C5.

Printing accounts,

Printing Accounts. Monthly record of printed books and papers ordered by traders and private persons, giving the numbers ordered, a ledger reference and the price of each order. E1-E3 from a series of similar accounts, as described above. E4-E7 include these accounts as well as records of Jobbing and work done for Denbighshire County Council and Education Committee.
