The estate includes Bowfird Farm, Broadwater Farm, Capore, Chancton Manor Farm, Chantry Farm, Clayton, Decoy Farm, Five Mile Ash, Heene Farm, Heene Windmill, Houghton Parsonage, Houghton Upper and Lower Farms, Kithurst Farm, Rowdell Farm, Idehurst, Pricklows, Rackham, Squinces, Thakeham, Washington and Waterfield, some at least of which are in the area of Storrington, Washington and Arundel, Sussex.

Boughrood Charity account book

The account book of the Boughrood Charity. The book contains a memorandum of the intentions of the charity, a rental of the Boughrood estate in Radnorshire, 1772-1774, a list of the chief rents due in the manor of 'Colwyn' [=Elfael Uwch Mynydd], minutes of the annual charity meeting and accounts of the receiver, 1775-1791, and extracts from presentments at the court leet of the manor of Elfael Uwch Mynydd relating to heriots and encroachments, 14 May 1784 and 30 May 1789.

Newport turnpike trust audit book

Audited account book of the Newport turnpike trust. The trust expired on 1 Nov. 1879, and the volume ends with the final meeting on 4 Feb. 1880, when the balance left in the hands of the treasurer (£408) was divided between the Newport, Christchurch and Caerleon highway boards, the Caerleon, Risca and Christchurch local boards, and Newport Corporation, in proportion of the milage of the trust's roads that passed to each body.

Account book (charge and discharge) of Charles Van, esq., 'treasurer of the district'. Receipts include tolls gathered at the Bridge, St Woolloos, Stop and Rumney Gates, while payments include interest money owing to lenders, and expenditure on Catsash, Rumney, Stow and Millstreet turnpike houses and gates, and on the roads, including between Christchurch and Newport, Christchurch and Catsash, the Rock & Fountain road in the parish of Cemais Inferior, Crindai Bridge.
