Original bundle of papers relating to an agreement between the Llandrindod Estate & Building Co. Ltd and Messrs John Evans & Son of Aberystwyth, builders, 1875, to build 1-2 Park Terrace, Llandrindod, co. Rad., comprising agreements, letters, receipts for work and materials, and insurance policies. The company threatened to determine the contracts and take possession of the works, the contractors having failed to make proper progress in completing the works.
